Each Qik-Site package provides you with everything you need to get a website on the Internet and keep it running smoothly. This includes a domain name, a hosting plan, a maintenance & support plan, and of course the actual website.
Website DetailsWe will take your information, your logo, your graphics, and your content and create up to 10 pages for you. If you choose an ecommerce design then we will create an additional 5 pages, for products. Each Qik-Site is capable of the following features:

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with a Qik-Site package?
Each Qik-Site Package includes the following:
- A complete website. The website comes pre-configured with demo content, a logo, other graphics, and various add-on features that are specific to the design template of your choosing. The website is built upon an award winning CMS software that allows for easy management and upgrading. The CMS software is so flexable that new add-on features can be added with just a few clicks of the mouse.
- A domain name. You can choose your own .com, .net, or .org domain name. If you already own a domain name that you want to use, then you can remove this from the package and the cost will be deducted from your package total.
- A hosting plan. The hosting plan includes more than enough space for all of your website files and pictures, 50 email addresses, up to 50 GB of monthly traffic, and many other features. If you already have a hosting plan that you want to use, then you can remove this from the package and the cost will be deducted from your package total. However, the hosting plan that you wish to use, must meet certain system requirements.
- A maintenance and support plan. The plan gives you 2 1/2 hours of time each and every month. You can use this time to have our support staff log in to your website and add new content or pictures, edit existing content, add & configure new features, or just about anything else. If you're comfortable with how the website works you can remove this feature from the package and the cost will be deducted from your package total.
How much does it cost after the 1st year?
After the 1st year, you will only be charged for the renewal of your domain name ($12 per year), hosting account ($50 per year or $5.00 per month), or the maintenance plan ($50 per month). You may also cancel any of these value added features at any time after your first year.
How much does it cost for additional pages?
With each Qik-Site package we will create up to 10 pages for you (15 pages for ecommerce sites). Additional pages cost $35 per page. If you need more than 3 extra pages you will recieve a discount that is based on the number of pages.
How much does it cost for a domain name / renewal?
The registration / renewal fee for most top level domain suffixes costs $12 per year. However, we occassionally offer special pricing or deals for multiple domain purchases.
What can I use my maintenance plan for?
You can use your maintenance plan time to install & configure new add-on features, or edit existing features, troubleshooting & repair of issues when you added content or graphics, minor customizations of your templates layout or color scheme, minor customizations of an extensions layout or color scheme, training, general consulting, site migration from one server or hosting account to another, etc.
What isn't included with my maintenance plan?
Purchased time may not be used for any type of development work - this includes extensions, components, modules, bots, plugins, graphics, templates, CSS files, etc. Purchased time may not be used for migration between different versions of Joomla! (e.g. 1.0.x to 1.5.x).
How long is my maintenace time valid? Can it be rolled over?
Any unused maintenance time expires at the end of your plans payment period and can not be rolled over to subsequent months. Our Pre-Paid Support plans do offer the option to rollover unused time.
What happens if my request unexpectedly uses more than my available time, after I've been alerted
Additional time is billed at your plans discounted hour rate. Clients are always free to upgrade to the next available plan. Upgrading saves you money and provides you with more FREE time.
Do you alert me when a request will take longer than my available balance of time?
Yes, we alert you that your service/support request may take longer than the balance of purchased time that you have available to use. When this happens you have the option to be billed for the overage at your plans discounted hourly rate or upgrade your maintenance plan. If you choose to upgrade your plan, it not only saves you money it provides you with additional FREE time.
Can my websites administrators, managers, moderators, or users submit support tickets?
Yes, with our maintenance plans your sites administrators, managers, moderators, or users can submit support tickets on your behalf. However, each person will need to be verified by you (the account owner) before they can be added to our support system as an authorized user. Also please keep in mind that these support requests deduct from the total amount of alloted time ( 2 1/2 hours) in your included maintenance plan. However, you are free to upgrade your maintenance plan should you need additional time.
Can I use my maintenance plan for more than one website?
You may only use your included maintenance plan for your Qik-Site website.
