Our Standard and One-off Service Fee's

Our services are primarily designed to be used by individual users and small to medium sized businesses. We make no excuses for what we charge, but if you compare our prices you'll find that they are affordable, reasonable and often lower than our competitors. However, just because we offer cheaper services does not mean that we will ever sacrifice cost for quality of service. Our clients are our #1 priority.

For your money you get professional service that is backed by many years of IT and web design experience. We aim to set as many fees (for individual services) as possible - that way you know exactly how much you will be paying and won't get any nasty surprises or add-on fees.

For non-standard issues, more complex projects, or where more time is needed we may charge you an overall flat rate for the entire project (instead of our standard hourly rates). We do this to save you money, because we know that it doesn't grow on trees.

General Consulting RateIndividual one-off services, not listed below, are charged at our general consulting rate of $60.00 per hour, which is billed in 15 minute increments, after the first 60 minutes. 1General consulting projects with an estimate between $0.00 - $150.00 require a 100% deposit. 2General consulting projects with an estimate between $150.00 - $250.00 require a 80% deposit. 3General consulting projects with an estimate between $250.00 - $500.00 require a 60% deposit. 4General consulting projects with an estimate over $500.00 require a 50% deposit.
